When the Going Gets Tough… Look for Faith!

Keep the faith. Just keep it.

Holding firm in your belief about the life you want and taking action from that place creates miracles. The ride may be rocky. Times may sometimes be tough.

Things might not always work out the way you want them to, but if you keep the faith that your ideal scene in life is possible and never give up, soon enough it will come around to you.

There is always hope. When you want to give up, when all seems lost, when there seems to be no reason to keep going – THIS MOMENT – is the moment to press on ONE more day. It is those who press on beyond the low points in life that push through that barrier of resistance into a seemingly magical world.

Faith is where it begins. Acting on your faith is how it happens. You do not have faith if you stop believing when things go wrong. The depth of your faith is tested when things go wrong.

You can’t say you really have faith if you give up when things get tough. That’s not real faith, that’s pretend faith. Someone who has true faith in themselves and on This Journey will press on no matter what the circumstances are.

There is no challenge too small for someone who is rooted in faith. There is no time that is too hard, because those with faith keep their ideal outcome in mind and know that they are stronger than their circumstances.

It’s a well known fact that faith the size of a mustard seed can move mountains. If money is tight, if no one believes in your dreams, if you just want to give up, remember you have a GIGANTIC TRUST FUND of faith that you can use.

Get busy spending your faith every day; it can never run out. Your dreams are real. Take action to make it so. Don’t give up. Just press on one day at a time – the dawn will break, my friend, the dawn WILL break!

Helping Live Your Dreams

When it comes to personal growth, there are so many topics, ideas, systems, thoughts and paths to choose. Eventually, they will all lead back to this one Truth: what you are seeking is within you.

In my life, I have had three major revelations that have helped me step out of thoughts of fear and lack and step into a life of greater & greater abundance.

Here they are:

1. Your Path will support you in manifesting your Purpose because It created you to do so.

2. Love is where you come from and It is your birthright. It is a basic principle to Love your Creator, Love yourself and Love your fellow beings with the same Love that you have for yourself.

3. Things always workout for the best.

By slowly realizing these principles above, my life has gone from itty-bitty tiny to huge.

If it’s true that the Path will support me in my purpose, then that means any thoughts I have and actions I do that are not aligned with my purpose are actually making my life harder, more stressful and less full. All those fearful thoughts of lack, all those doubting thoughts about whether I will be taken care of or not, have never proved to be true. What I had to do was sacrifice my ego’s desires and let go of any past identity of what I thought I “deserved” and instead, accept the gifts of my journey. From fragile beginnings the roots of my journey have begun to support a stronger hold on Life.

This will be the same for you. You WILL be supported, not in the way that you want to be, but in the way that you NEED to be.

If it’s true that Love is where you came from and that you gotta love your fellow beings the way you love yourself, it’s important that you love yourself; because if you hate yourself, then that means you’ll hate your neighbors, too. So it’s vitally important that you get to work on loving you. Eventually as you grow in the Love for yourself, you will be more and more full, and be able to share that love with others.

If you believe that things always work out for the best, then this will give you an empowered point of view through which to interpret the events of your life. When things go “wrong”, you’ll know it’s for the best and then make the best of it. This point of view is sooooo important to incorporate into your life. If you do, you will be able to overcome any challenge. And challenges will come on Your Path.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on these principles; they have helped me through good times and bad times. I believe if you incorporate them into your life, they will help you live your dreams, too.

Forgiving

Part of being free means learning how to forgive. Forgive yourself first and then extend that forgiveness to those who have harmed you.

You see, one of the biggest misconceptions about forgiveness is that by forgiving someone we somehow make right what they did. We believe that if we forgive, then we condone their actions.

Nothing could be further from the truth.

You see, your dreams and your Journey are present time things. They know nothing of the past and are unconcerned with the future. Dreams manifest in the now. The energy of your Journey only exists now. There is no other time that it can exist.

So, forgiveness breaks our chains with the past. It helps us to learn from the past and no longer let any traumatic experiences dictate our present moment. That way, we are free to manifest here and now, no longer ruled by the events of the past.

Forgiveness is actually a very selfish thing. Forgiving someone doesn’t mean you condone the wrongs; forgiving someone means you are no longer willing to let pain from the past hold YOU down from living your dreams.

Dreams and your Highest Potential take major energy to create. If you’re too busy using your energy and attention to keep the past alive, there is no way you will muster enough energy to bring them into reality.

So, today, not for them, but for YOU, forgive them. Forgive them with all your heart. Create enough space and acceptance in your heart so that no event of the past can harm you any longer. Let go of the pain and step into this present moment renewed and re- energized.

Forgiveness is the business of love. Your energy and attention has to be in there, here and now, for you to be able to take action in the now for your dreams and Highest Potential to materialize.

Forgive them, not for their sake, but because your dreams are counting on you to.

Press On….

It’s amazing to me, how many people are afraid of the word “no”, ESPECIALLY when it comes to intimate relationships and being an entrepreneur.

I’ve seen in my own life and in the life of many of my friends that we tend to spend so much time avoiding a “no”, that we waste time, and instead of marching right through our fears and on to the next, we delay, delay, delay.

The logic goes something like this:

We delay getting a “no” because if we get a “no” then we will be rejected, and if we’re rejected it means we are unlovable, unworthy and our dreams aren’t real. And feeling those feelings of rejection is almost worse than our feelings of fear surrounding death. So, our lower self does everything it can to avoid those feelings. It procrastinates. It overeats. It drinks too much. It works too much. It avoids tough conversations with loved ones. It’s passive aggressive and it runs from those who expose us to those critical deeper truths about ourselves.

But see, that way of thinking isn’t true. Getting a “no” can be painful, but it’s not final. Edison tried 10,000 times before he got it right. Fred Smith, the founder of FedEx, was laughed at by his business professors at Yale for his idea of FedEx and even got a C on his presentation (his net worth is now $2.1 billion). And on and on the story goes.

Because you are a Seeker on your Journey your duty to your Highest Self, to your dreams and to those not yet on their Journey, is to invite the rejection into your life and then be unphased by it. You see, there is truly no such thing as rejection or failure. Rejection and failure are outcomes only of the mind, but not of reality. In reality, if someone says “no”, it’s just a result. It’s impersonal. You take this result personally and call it “rejection” or “failure”, but The Journey just calls it a result.

So, if you want to live your dreams, take Edison’s approach and instead of seeing “failure”, see each attempt that didn’t work as a result and as one step closer to your goal, because you now know one more thing that didn’t work. This means you are actually smarter and wiser than you were before. This is simply part of the learning process.

Taking things personally will not help you make your dreams comes true. So, know that when you produce results that do not match your expectations, do not call it rejection or failure and then create some silly sob story about yourself. Just be full, learn your lessons and know that the perfect person and outcome is on the way. A delay is not a denial, my friend, and a short-term “no” does not mean a final “no”.

Press on. Press on with all your heart and get busy producing results.

When Things Go Wrong

When things go wrong,

as they sometimes will,

When the road you’re trudging seems all uphill,

When the funds are low and the debts are high,

And you want to smile, but you have to sigh,

When care is pressing you down a bit-

Rest if you must, but don’t you quit.

Life is queer with its twists and turns,

As every one of us sometimes learns,

And many a fellow turns about

When he might have won had he stuck it out.

Don’t give up though the pace seems slow –

You may succeed with another blow.

Often the goal is nearer than

It seems to a faint and faltering man;

Often the struggler has given up

When he might have captured the victor’s cup;

And he learned too late when the night came down,

How close he was to the golden crown.

Success is failure turned inside out –

The silver tint in the clouds of doubt,

And you never can tell how close you are,

It might be near when it seems afar;

So stick to the fight when you’re hardest hit –

It’s when things seem worst that you must not quit.

Your DREAMS are counting on it!

Living your dreams takes courage, it just does. On the one hand you have your heart, your soul and your intuition nudging you in one direction. On the other hand you have your personality and your mind desiring to stay in your comfort zone.

Living life on the edge in pursuit of your dreams happens as you take action from your intuition and you stay with the fear as your mind and personality resist, cry, act fearful and want to quit.

Accept that it’s totally natural for your mind and personality to be fearful, sad, angry and unsure about listening to your intuition and heart.

Deep down you know that everything IS and WILL BE okay. But the mind doesn’t always agree with this knowing.

Stepping onto The Path and living life at your Highest Potential will challenge you to let go of the limiting beliefs that your mind is telling you about what’s possible for you and ask you to make choices and take action from a deeper place of knowing.

Take risk. Take CALCULATED risk on your heart’s behalf. Let your intuition guide you into the unknown and scary places. Instead of disaster, you will find new horizons.

Don’t ask for your intuition and heart to give you guidance on how to be safe, secure and still live your dreams. Instead, ask for the courage to truly listen to your heart and intuition and cultivate the required mental attitude to make it happen and stay calm in the middle of the unknown storm.
